Big difference to the road condition and wider in places too. Shame folk cant cut dem a bit o slack when dir trying to improve things. Ghostrider Posted October 25, 2016 Report Share Posted October 25, 2016 There's usually little to complain about with the folk at the end of the chain who are actually going out there getting their hands dirty doing the actual job with the Council, its the middle management numpties who couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery that are the Council's achilles heel in everything, aided and abetted by much of senior management who either let them get away with it, or are too busy enjoying the ride on their own personal gravy train to have a clue.
