I remember reading it in 1981 sitting in Russell Square, London chuckling out loud thinking this has to be the best book ever. I had just had an interview for my first job, nurse training. I enjoyed both the Radio and TV editions, and took me on a never ending road of Red Dwarf and general Sci-Fi nonsense that I never quite escaped from . The Earth being demolished for a bypass? Why not! Thank you for the heads up. Frances144 Posted March 9, 2018 Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 When I bought my first Apple computer, it promptly broke and I could get no help anywhere in Shetland so I wrote to Mr Adams explaining that he was the reason I had an Apple Mac.
