Arming the police

Recommended Posts

I guess you could wait for him to stop thrashing around and then hit his sword hand with a long stick, or something along those lines, he’s blind , he’s not going to see it coming or hear you.

What sword  :?:

Enjoy abusing the deaf and blind with your long stick.

In the case above I believe it was the wrong guy. The blind chap funnily enough had a stick that the police thought was a sword.

Suppose if he had been holding a mobile, the police would have 'thought' (?) it was a gun, or a bag of crisps could have been explosives.  Just have well he didn't have wind.  They might have 'thought' it was a "gas attack" ..

Maybe it's time they (the police) got regular eye tests.. :ponders:

Mistakes? The man with the Samurai sword, who turned out to be deaf and blind, so he got a good tasering when he didn’t stop at the police request, mainly because he was deaf and had his back to them walking away. Police by consent is slowly becoming police by force.

Ok Wotsit.  It was still a massive goof made by the police, though. Isn't it great that they look after us.so well, regardless of whether we are blind people that have had a stroke. No, that doesn't hold them back, they stride in regardless.
