Under floor heating

I've heard reports from folk who have it laid in solid flooring, eg. poured, that after about 20 years, it starts to leak, and is expensive to fix then.

I'd be interested to hear about solutions that are easier to maintain, when, not if something goes wrong in the future with the installation.

I would imagine having a large quality of thermal mass someplace would be benefical.
