apart from drink driving most assualts are drink related. theft is roughly 50/50. obviously if you import loads of single young men for whatever reason they will commit more crime than a settled person. but it does not make them more of a risk. i would say if they feel settled then they are local. a lot of crime is caused by repeat offenders. even most of them will reform themselves as they become older. kavi i hope your not suggesting locals dont do crime.

we had a problem. it seems to have stopped now so there is hope. pleas come back and support it. im not sure if we still have our mods been very quite

we are very lucky most lost stuff is found. hope you find it.

i understand what your saying. we were told in no uncertain terms that to talk about a case before sentence is a very serious no no. we were advised to shut up if they were wrong so be it. but the person has not offered their mitigation. ok i withdraw innocent just reread what i wrote.

man still on trial sorry but we should not be doing this yet. he may be innocent even.

off topic still sam called today. the prison seem to be making plans for sams stay. sounds like a place of last resort is bothering to care. just wish others had. i must stop moaning. diffrent topic we are so overwhelmed by shetlands support its a very warm feeling to know people care. on behalf of my family thank you all.

6 assaults i count abuse drunk and incapable wow must mean 6 years. oh no my mistake a slap on the wrist. sam should have beat up a bunch of oaps as long as he was drunk.

now im fully in support of the new eric gray centre. but really an under spend on care when folks are missing services. maybe invest it in mental health community care. or anything but admin

i was not debating the farm i was just worried how that appeal sounded. i would be concerned no matter what local group it was wanting its members to become personally liable. it sounds so much like the lloyds name problem of 20 years ago. lets face it viking windfarm is out of our hands funny really since you antis were all for local democracy but run to distant courts to protest when you lose. even if the community was not involved it will be built. assuming some distant law lord is not swayed by your arguments. assuming of course they know where shetland is.

im not debating those issues. im saying i would advice not agreeing to become responsible for any potential debt. when its speculated at 50k thats just a guess. it could be a load more. unless said turbines were built very close to homes no devaluation will happen as we know there are very few close to any houses. if a mere view of one resulted in reduced house prices then aberdeenshire and the boarders must have some seriously reduced house prices. sct need extra income. its a no brainer the wind turbine farm will make money. it may not be how you like it but if they did not scotland would not be covered in them. the power companies know what they are doing and are not losing money over them.

very quite on this topic. im concerned for the supporters of sustainable shetland. after reading the appeal from them for support; and supporters to agree to become liable for costs. i would really advice you to really consider not doing it. your choice but when i hear unlimited costs i dread to think if some one agreed without realising the full impact this could have. i thought they had raised all there funding.

if you have a spare broadband filter try it. but it does sound like a lightning fault. you just need to log it as a fault. also try a different phone. best to rule out the stuff they charge for. it was a strong storm yesterday

police said dont travel apart for urgent reasons. now if a person was injured after that was issued because of a trip to the tip the we would be moaning about it being open. the management is a different issue. the real workers are always friendly and helpful. remember most accidents dont happen in extreme events they happen on should i days.

decided not to send them.
-
any info. not keen to send them in this.

no of course important life protecting services. wifes slept at the hospital often to make sure she was ok for her next shift. i would not say a recycling centre was worth risking it. if police say dont travel councils policy is not to travel. maybe a quick phone call could have saved you a trip. not really having a pop at you. but lerwick was hit pretty hard.
-
police issued a no travel warning. unreasonable to expect workers to be there.

well yes. but hills are in between so still Bright. you would assume that they have checked the new fixtures for weather proofness.

as we can see lerwick lighting up the sky from 28 miles away its about time something was done to save its waste. could mean not switching them off once switched over.
