a single adult with no dependent and i assume no disability. i really think you need to realize you at the bottom of any list for social housing. if your looking at 500-1000 in rent seriously save and buy. ive seen flats in lerwick for a 100k and if you can learn to drive you really increase your buying power. you can buy with a 150k mortgage for 750. you can recieve assistance from below. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/help-to-buy.html#scotland and if you have space rent out spare space to a lodger it could cover 1/2 your repayments. so on a 150k using above scheme you would need to find £7.500 for a deposit. http://www.shetlandislesproperty.co.uk/l0013.php this would cost £380 a month a 5% deposit £3,800 .

if you do have family you could stay with you could save a deposit. you could be assisting family as well by sharing bills. with bedroom tax ect cutting folks on benefits money you may find a room.

thats both untrue and insulting to people in social housing. obviously needs need to be met. an hostel would be better for folks needing support to recover from addiction. what would help is if secondary tenancies were banned. also empty council homes must be lived in not just left empty for people to return to. conditional tenancies could be applied more to those with social problems.

i suppose it really does not matter now. but reason police sent forces from south was a certain procurator fiscal. was in the control room and informed police he had intelligence sam had a 22 real rifle. he also went on about another cumbria. police could do nowt else after that. remember comments from him saying sam was approaching primary school. same man prosecuted sam. in breach of crown office rules. we are consulting lawyers over it. i will say it again police were fine we have heard comments about swat team not being happy being sent. one said he was little bairn. im pleased to live in a country were we just dont kill on sight.

single young woman working . don't even bother. is a flat/house share a possible. if you can afford a council rent it may be an option to look at first time buying with assistance with deposit. really hope you find some where. however its not incomers causin your issue. the sale of council housing and not replaced and buy to let.

nope. police were extremely professional over Sam. if you have smaller control you end up with police doing what they want. we have had this up here in the past. still work to be done. our experience of the surrey police investigation of our complaints is vastly different to ours of shetland police. later just wanted an easy case were not and still are not interested in computer related offences. surrey have conducted a raid questioned a suspect and submitted computers and mobiles for forensic examination. our lot just were not interested. t hey it seems should have refereed sam to adult protection to assist in his protection. if it had been done sam would not likely have committed his offenses. its frustrating seeing professionals passing the buck. we are becoming very use to it now.

by election would resolve this dispute. if reelected then fine we deserve him. if not proves morals are still important. but i know it wont happen must keep his nice earner safe. cant risk his pension. if he crawls on until end of term he will receive 36k in pension a year. his expenses make interesting reading. -

I think that lawyers are terrible at admitting that they're wrong. And not just admitting it; also realizing it. Most lawyers are very successful, and they think that because they're making money and people think well of them, they must be doing everything right. Alan Dershowitzlots of truth in this -

jenny do you need to take you dog. least painful is train to aberdeen and ferry. split ticketing can save 50% of fare. cheapest is a coach but for both your timing needs to be spot on. if you drive park your car up at aberdeen and hire from lerwick it will be massively cheaper. on ferry if your daughter is old enough to share a same sex cabin it will cut your cost by 1/2 and you wont be over tired when you arrive. accommodation is expensive up here. there is a youth hostel in lerwick and camping bods in some country locations. but be warned a Shetland in midsummer is not tje normal Shetland. you must be able to cope with long winters and short days. if you tell us what your planning if you move here we may be able to help. ignore anyone telling you not to come.

my you libs and ukipers are twisting and turning. colin is now accusing Alistair of lying over lying. just accept memo was inaccurate all parties concerned say it was. even civil servant said it may not be accurate. in a court of law an account of what another person said is not permitted. alistair knew what he was doing was wrong. as in any wrongdoing their are penalties if caught. he was caught. -

been told by experts not to put toilet paper down it. a filter field is a pipe work pattern that drains the dirty water into the ground. it blocks up after a while and needs sorting. i would see what quantity of sludge the tanker sucks up. it could just be to many people using it. http://www.wte-ltd.co.uk/care.html http://www.nesc.wvu.edu/pdf/ww/septic/pl_fall04.pdf
