When your referring to your mode of travel as a "vehicle" or "car" that takes it into statutory realms. "Driving" a "vehicle" is a commercial venture hence the statutory realm. Its a private conveyance for the purpose of travel, that’s common law jurisdiction. Anything can be insured, it just wont be as u normally would in this case.

Got a phone call from some IT services guy. Talking about a virus problem which is predominantly rife in Shetland. I wasn't too forthcoming with info as I thought it was a scam call and hadn't heard about it. I told him I had Linux then he just hung up without telling me any more. Its him giving Lawful Notice of his intentions to everyone so as too remain in honour if/when he goes to court. He is stating that he wishes to abide by common law (which we all should) and that he does not consent to being ruled by Statutory Law which requires consent for it to be implemented. As I am sure you are aware, the Public Notices section is used to lawfully make others aware of your intentions. If you or I disagree with those intentions, we can rebut and then follow with a claim to counter. Thats my take on it anyway.

I think a better way forward would be for everyone to put forward their questions in a 1,2,3... format and we will try and give as much meaningful and useful information as possible. In the meantime I will try and get access to the website to update as much as possible.

Our so-called representatives are given 90seconds to speak about whatever issues they have within their constituency and are then cut off with no follow up or debate. We have a possibility to change things for the better and it seems no-one bar a few are willing or wanting to do anything about it. Forget that you've heard Stuart is involved. He is just another individual interested in being free of the Governmental restraints. He holds no leadership position and has no want to. To get this off the ground is not going to be easy, I admit there hasn't been enough information put out with regard to Sovereignty and that alone is going to make people dubious.
