Shetland-meadow

I can only call landlines, but no mobile phones or companies. Heard that someone has cut through a cable. My friend was over with his (working) mobile phone and when I rang it, it went straight to the engaged tone, and we were listening out for it. I am with vodafone too, but don't think it is a fault with them, even though my mobile is saying emergency calls only. I need my phone, hope they get it fixed soon!
