You would not be able to go to the works league now as they have a transfer deadline on the signing of players both within their association and from players who have been registered by teams in membership of other associations. So your only avenue is transfering to a B team by the look of it.

I kid you not, 15th of July was the deadline, no inter club within the association or inter association transfers after that date. You can only sign a player after that date, if he has not been registered before.
