Keedle i have never heard so much S**t in my life. I thought muckletrow must have been in the squad at some point due to comments which could now prove to be sour grapes. Were you out with the Celtic, Whalsay, Spurs and Delting clique on Saturday night? They seemed to be mixing pretty well. Regarding the fact that the Delting manager is now charge its the same with all the ex-managers being managers with other clubs once upon a time. e.g J Johnson- Thistle, N Bristow- Whalsay, D Bradley - Spurs Good post Marshall by the way.

Well muckletrow i am not one of da clique and have spoken to plenty of celtic, spurs an whalsay boys and never heard o any cliques. You always get pals from the same team hanging together but dunna see a problem we dat. I seen some members of da shetland fitba team oot on sat night an it wis a very mixed squad.

Muckletrow an Kirsty if you are suggesting dat dir is a divide in the shetland team due to manager an delting players you are speaking S**T! For da last 5-6 yrs the bulk of the squad is been made up off delting players including the island games winning year and dey didna seem tae be many delting cliques den. The biggest problem is noo dir no enough good players in the shetland league dat ir interested in playing for Shetland ootside the 1st 12-13 players. END OF STORY>

I think it is very disappointing how a game that should have been played on the 13th June is only being played on 7th September when all Unsts young players are back at college.

For christs sake speak about makin a mountain out of a mole hill. Nobody did anybody any harm. The boys had trained and fundraised all winter, and put in a big effort and some of them had not touched drink for 5-6 weeks prior to the games. So why when they had played 4 games in 5 days should they not go out an have a few drinks as a team to unwind. As for banning players, whit a lot of S***e! There is few enough players willing to put in time and effort to train and fundraise so lets get behind the team for the county instead of trying to make something controversial out of nothing.
