  1. Hey Lost. There is no such thing as too much detail in a Tattoo. The size of your tattoo dictates how much detail you can have. If the tattoo is small with a lot of detail it will look a mess in years to come as the lines do thicken with age. A five pointed star 6-8mm is possible however from a distance won't look like a star due to size. It can be done thats why there are different size needles that suit each piece of art that you do. As for scarring, It depends on age of scar and size and can be worked around, This comes down to placement. If you have execma and conditions of a like it would not be possible, dry skin or heat rash or fungal skin conditions are tattooable, Also a good tattooist does not have to be in a studio, As long as needles are new and disposed of after every client, equipment is properly cleaned, the area you work in is sterile, you have proper medicare before during and after tattoo, disclaimer forms. I can go on but wont bore you. Oh and uses good quality ink as a good artist can also be judged by the quality of the black ink he/she uses as there are many so called black tattoos that are more blue and faded due to lack of effort/quality.
  2. you have hit the nail on the head with that one. I bet all the anti tesco crew would be queueing first for their fuel. Pay cuts/overtime cuts/lower wages/high fuel costs/high energy costs/modern day demands/we have a society that if you havent got tech savvy gear, Modern household goods, Kids in new clothes you r looked down on. at least buying cheaper things that are as good as the high street brands keeps lower income familys in the rat race. We all deserve the right to live a good life. We are all human. We all have one life so let us enjoy it and have the right to choose.
  3. Bottom line is Tesco has a broad range at reasonable prices, I have 4 children and shop for all there needs online as there is nothing in the town other than out of date expensive clothes. As for toys - most of them in the town are out of date and far to expensive. They are the sort of toys you would find on a street market down south. The only place i visit in the town is the bank or boots or clives. I think the shop owners in town need to get to grips with competition and work for there money like the rest of us do. If you want shetland to thrive you need to give people reasons to stay, Not lose people because they cant afford to live here.
