Looking for some advice. We have main tv in the sitting room with Sky. There was an older tv in the bedroom where we could watch whatever was on the main tv in the bedroom as well. The older one packed up and we bought a new one but now can't get anything at all on the new one in the bedroom. The set up is that there is a normal standard ariel cable which goes into the back of the new tv, runs up the wall and in to the loft. It then comes back into the living room and in to the back of the main tv. Just wondering if it is something wrong with this cable. It is saying on the new tv that there is no signal. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for that.Ordered a phone to arrive today so somebody would be here to sign for it as thought it was coming by Royal Mail. Turns out it is Dpd estimated delivery date of Wed. Of course nobody here to sign for it!!!

Has anybody ordered a large kitchen appliance fae Tesco i.e. a fridge or freezer? Do you know if could be delivered? It says on their website large kitchen appliances can be delivered but doesn't specify which ones. It also says about receycling old fridge/freezers from £9.99. Has anybody ever used this service and does it apply to Shetland? Thanks.

Ok will do Frances. I have posted it on their Facebook page and have had a response. I have sent them the details and they are supposedly going to look into it. If you look further up this discussion you will see this happened to someone else last Autumn so it has been going on for a while.

I wish I knew how to tweet lol!!! Thinking I might put in a complaint if I can find my way round the website as to how to do this!!

Well after spending half the morning on live chat phoning various phone numbers I was given, Marks and Spencers have finally confirmed they don't deliver furniture to Shetland. This is in spite of me receiving a confirmation email and my credit card being deducted. Pretty poor customer service -not happy at all. Why couldn't they say when you place your order with the address and postcode that they don't deliver to that destination. If I hadn't kept on at them for a delivery date I wouldn't have known it hadn't even been dispatched. Their customer service wasn't brilliant either - they've gone down in my estimations. Rant over!!!!

I am beginning to despair after reading your post. I have spent 15 mins on live chat only to be given a phone number who then told me to phone another number. groan!!

I ordered a mattress from them a week ago and when I phoned them as I was unable to track the order they said somebody would be in touch to arrange delivery. That is more than a week now and haven't heard. No even sure if it is in Shetland.
