I ordered using the email method a while back and it was a very reasonable delivery price for the all the items I ordered (all bedroom furniture). I had expected to pay more than I actually did. In fact, my sister in law in Aberdeen couldn't get Ikea stuff delivered to her for the price I paid - she was going to have to pay more !!

Just for info - prices for unleaded in Aberdeen - 99.9p. Needless to say I filled my car up so as to avoid paying the incredible prices here.....

I know its slightly off topic but just for info with regards to Pixmania - we tried to get a TV from them - reason for not delivering was "it's a two person job !!" Of note we ended up getting a tv from Alantic Energy. Just so happens they are part of the same subsiduary that has Scottish Hydro Electric. TV was 60 POUNDS CHEAPER and delivery was quick and cheap.

I agree with da ness tattie man. Drugs are dangerous and illegal for a reason and telling the relevant authorities what you know is the best way of trying to stop the young dying needlessly. How many times have we read about drugs deaths following the individual taking only one tablet , or trying the drug for the first time - in comparision to a death occurring following one alcoholic drink ??

You know, this posting re midgies made me laugh - midgies in shetland - where ???? Try the west coast and then you'll know what midgies are !! Answer - AVON SKIN SO SOFT - you can get a spray on oil version - best stuff ever - not too bad a smell and beter than chain smoking. Also, you could buy a machine that you stick in your garden and all midgies will disappear into it (hoovered into a wee bag) only a couple of hundred pounds to buy. For the bites antihistemine is the best - takes the itch right out...... Jungle formula is rubbish and those hoods only suceed in making you look stupid - you'll still get bitten.....
