On the topic of service, can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for an item to be delivered to tescos when ordering through tescos direct? It does give me a delivery date but if it arrives sooner then that would be great

I went the other night, Loved it! Screen 1 is great! better than i was expecting, The place is fine, the cafe is cool and who gives a pootle about queing. Well done mareel people!!

It would take say 2 - 3 minutes max to walk down the road from the town hall car park and even less time from the great wall car park. I dont think parking is an issue in my mind.

It may well have got such a negative response and TBH, none of us really know as we can't turn back the clock. Given, however, that the crowd capacity, the 'let us shove as much into one space as possible' attitude (probably the fault of the SIC though in order to give more dosh to it), not to mention the design, its location and lack of parking - in a nutshell, it probably would have got the same response. Get the blooming thing up and running then we can ascertain if it really will turn into a white elephant or meet the approval of the masses ... and perhaps in 5-10 years' time we can see just whether or not the infamous roof crumbles away or stands the test of (weathered) time, and, perish the thought, if it makes a profit. True, give it a chance before condoning it. Also i assumed the land where the DITT building was going to be the car park so there should be tuns of space.
