Generally practiced by drivers. Or those on push bikes. road works are surely a good thing i would have thought , as i can mind the old roads of 30 years ago , saying that the roads then would have been much more suitable for these kamakazee push bikes

if it gives them time and peace to solve real crimes of theft and dishonesty or nail druggies then fair enough , way too much time and resources squandered on petty drivvel folk should be sorting out amongst themselves

it will suit the oil companies fine if the local peasants cant afford the council houses

ach well , at least its 3 million no squandered on wars or tax breaks for yuppies and the like , at least somebody somewhere is getting decent conditions somewhere in fascist britain

sorry to burst into the thread without reading it all but i get the distinct impression the place , its folk , and its culture is bein sold down the river even faster as previously aided and abetted by the chief executive by way of signing up to cuts incentives by holyrude , council house maintenance for example will soon be on a seasonal basis done by outside workers most probably from the central belt , cant watch your back close enough round here now

it will all go back the way it was if theres less noise about it , always does , not that it affects me one jot

3 occaisions lately ive been quite amazed , a red audi went to "undertake" on the brig o fitch and had to come to a screaming halt as there was a car coming out the junction , and a black astra overtaking with no visibility ahead and the same with a blue audi near brae today , do these folk not know how sore it is to "head on" other cars ? or better still go under a truck ? , never mind , the rest of us will gladly pay for it in rip off insurance prices

Schools having resources and staff is more to the point as bankers on the better part of £1 million per year plus the same again in bonuses. Since when did schools hold the govt to ransome ?
