In cases like this, I'm very happy to live in Norway.....i think the Norwegian Royal family has been more in the "top news" in foreign countries, (except some crap sensationel magazines which nobody really reads), than in this country.....strange....but we know that they do a good job for Norway, and then we let them have their private life alone.... I'm not an expert of Viking history,,,but,,,what were you Shetlander's Viking anecestors ??.....fighthers ?? warriors ?? .... or were they just people who settled on the islands, men, women, children and cattle ...,built farms etc....??? How many viking battles has been fought in Shetland ???? So WHY shall it be remembered by a "hairy, scary creature"....??? Women had power and legal rights at that time......just read a little bit of history.... So I'm VERY happy to see a woman as a leader of SMUHA 2015 !!!
