TalkTalk claiming that tomorrow broadband will be go through Shefa-2 .

SIBC @SIBC_Shetland 11.01.14. SIBC news - BT claimed this morning that the two week old broadband issues would be resolved today. 9h a go. 16:20 still nothing.

I ordering now a Talk Talk line and broadband , this is a chance to get, maybe normal internet connection and some sort of rational ping .

I know there are many topic on this forum about internet connection and quality of it , but here is question if need to pick up a broadband and can`t get this Satellite or Other Wireless network and need to buy a normal connection. I phone professional company on our island and i despite that i can`t get their WiFi signal i ask of any alternative for major BT connection and the answer was Talk-Talk cause their got own line for Island , is that true ? If i will pick Talk-Talk instead of BT Broadband i will get lower ping ? or is just same thing like others ? Well price of monthly use of TalkTalk is only 17£ and is very tempting insted of problematic BT/PlusNet . Pleas free of comment`s , need to pick up this till end of month .

One of the few way to find a best solution to keep SDF in live : Take few ppl. from SDF in one busy day (Friday) , and ask customers in stores what they except from Shetland milk . Very siple idea but direct confrontation with customers is the best line to know what`s going on , and why is not so good.
