Why do cyclists complain about car drivers not taking care then drive practically invisibly????? I only just missed a cyclist today while driving into town in the fog because he had NO lights on, NO high visibility clothing and was driving in the middle of the road. Guess who would have been done had said cyclist been hit?!?! PLEASE make sure you can been seen cyclist coz I for one don't want and accident on my conscience!

I getting fed up and sometimes experience a lack of motivation to get out on the bike and put the miles in on the road. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who would be interested in meeting to go for a group cycle maybe a couple of days a week for 20-30 miles? Not interested in time trials or competitive cycling but would like to use it for general fitness and it's much more pleasant to attack the Shetland weather in a group rather than individually Anyone interested? I'm based in Lerwick but would be willing to travel (or cycle) to places nearby to meet up.
