My husband and I are moving to Shetland with our business The BBQ Pit. For those of you who have not seen our add on Shetlink. We serve true authentic southern style BBQ. We smoke our meats low and slow in our smokers for hours to get the juicy tenderness and flavour or we cook fast and hot over charcoal grills. A typical BBQ PIT Platter combo meal consists of Smoked St Louis Style ribs, Chicken, Twice baked loaded potato, Corn on the cob, homemade BBQ beans made with hocks, homemade coleslaw. We make all our own BBQ Sauces, rubs and marinades. We can also serve pulled pork, burnt ends, briskets, steaks, meatloaf, homemade burgers, etc. Something for everyone, great for family and friends to enjoy together. If anyone is interested in organizing a BBQ at their local community hall, School, Church, Club or private event Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary, we would be happy to discuss a menu to suit your venue.
