Ghostrider
Is he dead yet? Its been a blooming long three months! Our Goverments are a bunch of wimps, they should have either admitted they convicted the wrong man, because "someone" had to be whipping boy, or told old Gadaffi to just **** off! Why are we involved in any kind of "business" with a slimy toad like Gadaffi anyway, him and Libya should be in Coventry.
Evil Inky
Why are we involved in any kind of "business" with a slimy toad like Gadaffi anyway, him and Libya should be in Coventry. The short answer is: he's got oil.
Ghostrider
^^ Yup, our Governments all over again, they'd sell their souls and grandmothers to anyone making an offer.

NewMagnie
Christ, Para - is there any thread you can't tun into a dig at the Town Hall? I should admire your inventiveness I suppose. But indeed, according to Mr Assange, Oil, or British companies' access to it is what it was all about. Its a moot point anyway. if Megrahi was the sole agent in all this, I'll eat my hat. His release was no greater a mockery of justice and political expediency than his imprisonment.
