This is a joke, it's impossible to find an avatar which fits your poor requirements. Come on! Get it bigger than 10kb and 90x90!! shouldnt the forum resize the avatar itself? Every other forum I go on does.. Get this all sorted!!

There's many ways around dy problem. Probably the easiest would be to save an avatar that has already been resized on another forum and post that. Or alternatively du could use Paintshop and just resize it in that. There's probably 100's o idder free programmes dat du can get dat'll resize photos fir d... anybody keen o' any free eens?

Obviously you don't frequent the same....uh...."adult" message boards as I do then, one doesn't support avatars at all, and another has the exact same size restrictions as this site.

Thank you for your your polite request. As site administrator I will make a point of ignoring it. Learn some manners

Mr Administrator, sir, may I point out that you are supporting a cheeky-smiling monkey avatar. I don't believe monkey's can flush toilets, however, I can...

Now, get it sorted!!

I too would like to change my avatar. I have reduced the physical size of the one I want in Photoshop t0 96/96. Fine. But,the only way I can find to save it is as a 27Kb Jpeg. Help.

It's not hard to resize it yourself.

Actually, it's an ape.

And I would imagine chimpanzees would be perfectly capable of flushing a toilet.

They're also really good at giving cheeky people the big finger :D

Heres a suggestion: YOU sort it. Open the picture in 'paint' - freeware that every windblows computer has and YOU resize it.

once you ahve your avatar made up.. go to the profiles section . scroll down to the bottom. and then click the browse button.. and select the fiel you want to be your avatar from where you saved it to.. and click ok and the forum will upload it to there database.

these are the sizes you need to keep it within

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 96 pixels, the height no greater than 96 pixels, and the file size no more than 10 KB.

and try my personal tip would be to stay away from moving avatars as they have a tendency of eatign up forum bandwidth.. ( no idea what this forums bandwidth cap is tho.. so might not be a problem )
