mogling
I was given a copy of "The North Yorkshire Cook Book" and flicking through it, the recipe for 'Shetland Broch Pie' at Eat me cafe in Scarborough caught my eye. Their menu has Japanese, Thai and Shetland influences, and their listof awards is pretty impressive- Best Cafe in the UK in 2014 in the Good Food Guide. The book cited Martyn Hyde and Stephen Dinardo as co-owners andI couldn't resist phoning them up. Had a fine yarn wi Stephen, and wish I wasgoing to be in the area to look in along as the menu looks terrific! http://eatmecafe.com
