Ghostrider
So, just to be clear on all of these shenanigans..... Is the 'Cityheart' cited as involved in this non too rapidly progressing proposed development, 'Cityheart Ltd.' OR 'Cityheart Partnerships Ltd.'? The former is a reasonably well established company with a track record (even if it seems to be little more than a 'one man band'), the latter however is very much a 'Johnny come lately' where the ink has barely dried on the company papers and not much else to say for itself..... That said, the prime question right now surely should be who does the site belong to right now at this moment - SLAP, or whichever Schitty...Cityheart it is that was after it. If we've gotten the readies, its the best of a bad deal, and some property developers/speculator/Mr. Fixit's problem what it gets used for, how and when.....but if its still wholly SLAP's, and the deal is giving a strong impression that its going to tank, their directors/staff should be feeling like a right bunch of numpties right now. They won't be, thats a given, but they should be. Edited April 15, 2018 by Ghostrider

Ghostrider
So, it seems the SIC (presumably as they now own SLAP) of going after the 'developer' for something or other..... Will we ever know what, and why........Almost certainly not...... Bringing in the big guns and all, they're not even trusting their own lawyers with this one......apparently.
