Minimum amount is ten kilos though (it just doesn’t work well when scaled down), and the recipe is fairly complicated, so I’ll only translate it if you’d be interested. Send me a pm in that case! And forgive a stupid newcomer swede - is the herring season on? And, in that case, where do I get my herrings? I need to pickle my own ten kilos.
