Shetlink keeps saying i have marked emails as spam. This is rubbish as i dnt even know how to and certainly never done it. Now they wont send me emails. Can an admin sort this!!!!!

Why has shetlink stopped sending me emails. They said ive marked them as spam but ive done nothing of the sort and now they wont send me emails. Must be on their end cos i dnt even know how to mark as spam
