Not so unanimous (Ivy Cluness)

Councillor Allison Duncan, were you acting on behalf of the council when you regally notified that you were attending freefield, as below?

You did not give them time to organise the band and bunting.

Oh and of course you did not give them the chance to contact all interested parties.

Was this an oversight or a clumsy ploy?

Of course I do not believe it was part of a bullying tactic.

So I will ask again.

Were you acting with and on behalf of the council and loosely on behalf of us?

I for one do not want you to do it again

However, Mr Duncan only contacted Mrs Williamson late on Monday night to tell her he would be attending on Tuesday at lunchtime. Given the short notice of his impending visit she did not have time to contact all of the people who use the centre and as a result only 23 people out of a possible 40 were there that day.

It was arranged by you after the monthly meeting, in fact on that very night.

There seem to be lot's of possible questions that could be asked as to why.

By the way did you have lunch there?
