Hi, can anyone confirm when Shetlink started charging to place ads?

I want to put up an ad in the accomadation section but try as I might this has been impossible. I was able to simply post ads previously....?? Any ideas??

Hi pics uploaded seem to come out in any random direction ie. upside down, turned right or left etc.

Any ideas?
