skylad
Sometimes it does well, sometimes it doesnt. I grow marjoram which is perennial and does well up here. It is a perfect substitute for basil
AM
I've grown 'normal' basil in a window without any problems but this year tried lime basil which has never looked healthy and in fact I threw it out today.
Guest posiedon
I grow basil every year, chop it and put it in the ice cube making section of your freezer, then just use a couple or three of your frozen modules whenever you need them.Works for me.skylad, how is Marjoram a substitute for basil?Different smell, different taste, different texture, wtf are you talking about?
