Thanks. They're "supposed" to be dealing with a dog(s) that's been barking incessantly for hours on and off every day and some nights in some house round here for weeks now, but there's no sign that they are. So just wondering if a couple of stranger vans that have been lurking around lately are them trying to gather evidence before making their move, before I give them an earful about getting on with the job.
