    If it's a DNS problem and you are confident changing settings on your router you could try changing the DNS server settings so that instead of picking up from your ISP it uses the following. 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 - that is a public DNS server for OpenDNS or 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 - Googles own public DNS servers
