Does anyone know anything regarding this subject? (Mainland Shetland) I know there are Kung Fu classes going on in Yell (of all places). Also that there were Karate classes at the Clickimin at one time. Although their website no longer exists, so I don't know it they are still on the go. I'm looking to get into something like kickboxing, taekwondo or systema. Boxing is an instant 'no'... I'd want to train my legs aswell. Would it be the case that I'd have to move to mainland Scotland to have any choice at all? Thanks in advance for ANY factual info' you can share. (c:
