    Hello, I've just registered with the site as I am interested in obtaining a croft at some stage and would like to know if anyone has any knowledge of housebuilding costs. It would be helpful if anyone could give a guideline cost for a smallish 2 bed, timber framed, block built, tiled roof property around 70 sq metres. The finishings would be just the standard basic kitchen and bathroom etc. Thank you.
