Heimdal
We had lunch at Saxa Vord recently, and can thoroughly recommend it. Well cooked, good atmosphere and good service. Nigel, in the bar, is a mine of information on all things Unst ! Anybody else been there
marlin13
Was hoping to keep it a bit of a secret otherwise everyone will want to go The Highland crumble served at the Sunday carvery is both delicious and served in gargantuan quantities - highly recommended.Sonny's beer isn't bad either and there are usually a couple on tap. muckleflugga
By far the worst meal I've ever had, and what is the dorm style rooms with a la carte restaurant all about surely it's one thing or another. Had to stay there earlier this year, never ever again, my work takes me to some pretty rough joints but this one tops the list
Islander08
Great place, considering it's in it's first few months.I have eaten there regulary and found the service and the food really good, especially around the time of the curry night. The two chefs on that night did a great job and since then the food standard has gone up and up.This place is getting better by the day and next year should be a proper start for the place.I wish the place all the best in the future and hope to have many more meals there!
