Bluemire Posted November 28, 2011 Report Share Posted November 28, 2011 Me and my husband have been trying to sell our 2 bedroomed house sandwick and have had no luck and have decided the best thing would be to rent it out but we have no idea what to do? Can anybody give advice to us? About getting a tenancy agreement, registering and who we have to register with and just any other advice we may need?
