  1. That'll send the Sioux, Cheyenne and the rest of them on the warpath again when they get to hear of it. Then Texas will secede and re fortify the Alamo. Amerindians are less than 2% of the US population but the vast majority of Non Hispanic white and some of the African Americans have some Native American ancestry. California was once a Republican US state but thanks to Ronald Reagan’s governance especially amnesty, It is now a state that exclusively elects the “Democratic party” as the recent arrivals have swung the vote in the other way. California White NH (36.64%) Hispanic (39.29%) Texas White NH (41.40%) Hispanic (39.61%) Once the demographic Rubicon is crossed Texas will never again elect a Republican and the area will just become Eastern Commiefornia. This means that the actions of a right wing politician done supposedly out of compassion played serious dividends for the left. Thus Barking Racist at anything and everything non left one can expect the same “compassion” from “the right“ and electoral victories for “the left” as a result. The same thing can be seen in many European countries.
  2. It's more a partisan issue than a BLM issue. There are 2 main platforms Americanism/ make America great again. And No boarders, No wall, No USA at all/ make America Mexico Again.
  3. Since the conversation about BLM proper is on loop, Whats the local "Shetland Staands wi Black Lives Matter” solidarity group upto now? Technically that is its own thing rather than a Chapter of BLM, any changes, events ect besides what we have already seen? I’ve been at work for most of the lockdown so I haven’t actually seen a demonstration in person, so I am relying on what I heard about them. Seeing as we have upcoming political issues such as a huge spike in unemployment and Hong Kong defectors ariving at the same time and people who want equality but have reservations over BLM not being sufficiently egalitarian/neutral, Perhaps a successor movement is its next step.
  4. That there are some Black nationalists who have become involved in BLM and they aren't much different from stereotypical white nationalists. Was quoting a famous example of a blog called "WE THOUGHT THEY WERE WHITE"
  5. Oy vey I know where this is going Nothing to see here get bank to talking about "white monopoly capital" WE THOUGHT THEY WERE WHITE: An African-American apologizes for misattributed perceptions of white racism against blacks perpetrated by. . . On a serious note there is a 50/50 chance thus went over their head and they just thought that these were ordinary old "white" men and now some of the more extreme people in blm may now have turned their attention to a group they otherwise wouldn't have thought of. Of course this will be burried and memory holed asap it's only front page news when it's bad or for whomever opposes the mainstream media's chosen faction
  6. Which athletes are stronger than the others is something that should be looked into if we are to determine who has has their intelligence and strength overlooked respectively As for intelligence best to focus on n most applicable attributes such as reaction speed and ability to focus and keep track of the game and make sensible decisions throughout. If somebody is being complimented on intelligence yet relied on sheer strength that would be what they are looking to prove. Therefore to check for bias match up the compliments and criticism with the observed reality of what their strength and intelligence is found to be
  7. I think it would be good to compliment this research by testing the intelligence and strength of the people being commented on. If there is a racial angle we would need to check how strong and intelligent they are per individual, Because the comments not matching the results would be the easiest way to prove that.
  8. I've just read that she's been appointed by L'oreal to a "Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board", which would appear to be a rearguard PR action by the company given her previous relationship with them https://www.nbcnews.com/feature/nbc-out/munroe-bergdorf-rehired-l-or-al-3-years-after-being-n1228376 I hadn't heard about the Chelsea Russell case, which would seem to be a needless and officious case. I think Mark Meechan is a rather unpleasant character, but I have no problem with him expressing his political views. I suppose one positive aspect of Brexit is that he won't be standing for UKIP at the EU elections again. The reason he became so famous was the Streisand effect over the absurd way he was treated by the government. And I so think tunnel vision exacerbate the double standard issue if not arguably being the cause. The only examples of discrimination being presented in their public awareness campaigns and propaganda are invariably White Heterosexual Men targeting BAME and LGBTP+ groups. and even if the laws are written in neutral language the enforcement in never neutral, We have terms like Non-ethnic and Diverse Racial-ised people, yes Racial + ised and "White privilege" to which many are drawing comparisons with perceived "Jewish privilege" in the Wiemar republic. I dont think BLM has been able to sufficiently adapt to the "All lives matter" crowd, They are largely failing its test by getting angry at it when the sensible response would be to question if there is any Tunnel vision/Target fixation among themselves and work together with anyone else who wants actual equality
  9. ..............Now do you see what’s wrong with xir statement? I don't disagree with any of your points (there's lots of food for thought), and my 'statement' was actually a question. I'm interested in what motivates people to post things live "white/all lives matter" - is it simply a protest against BLM, whataboutery, or is there some further reasoning (such as the reasons you have provided) Mostly its to provoke a reaction, The intended reaction is something that shows a double standard.
  10. Ridiculous ideas such as Racism against Non BAME is "Reverse Racism" therefore doesn't count because reasons I feel like laws are Selectively enforced and have 4 cases illustrating my point We have ridiculous laws that have time and time again let people off the hook for actually hateful content. Munroe Bergdorf incident Bahar Mustafa incident But have thrown the book at instances wherein the context is obviously not directing hate at people Chelsea Russell Mark Meechan The real issue of police reform should be to demand they enforce the same rules for everyone or abolish the laws entirely. Here is the statement by Munroe Bergdorf keep in mind what happened to Chelsea Russell & Mark Meechan You know what happened to Munroe Bergdorf? Absolutely nothing from the authorities. You might not see what is wrong with xir statement, Replace White with Black or Jewish Replace “of colour” with “with jobs” Replace “Racism” with “Stealing” Replace “privilege” with “dole” Now do you see what’s wrong with xir statement? Would somebody who made an identical statement directed at anyone else be let off the hook so easily or would they be prosecuted under "hate speech" laws?
  11. Our caste system is the Progressive Stack. Which ranks "communities"/demographics
  12. Stereotyping, in/out grouping, racial bias etc are indeed inherent to humans for sound evolutionary reasons. It would be impossible to 'abolish' such traits, whether desirable or not, and these traits are more pronounced in some people than others for a multitude of reasons. It is much more productive to acknowledge that these traits exist and take personal responsibility for how they influence our thoughts and actions. My personal philosophy is that we only get one shot at life, so lets not be @rseholes to each other and do our best to treat each other with respect. I am of the view that there is a well meaning but harmful Anti-Egalitarianism forming a kind tat strengthens sectarianism rather than weaken it. The rise of fatherless homes correlates with the Uptick in arrests and prosecutions among the so called “Black Community” in the US Just look at the timeline. But to say that the impact of more single mothers has been negative to society involves tipping a sacred cow. I am not talking about widows there have been a very clear cultural shift that has created these circumstances. Racist police are a good scapegoat but if its racist police why is the same thing happening to poorer whites as families start to break down in their “Communities” for lack of a better term? How often do you hear the phrase “Black Community” or “Asian Community”? Its textbook Communalism! And who is never grouped into a “Community”? The takeaway is that unconsciously these groups are being paraded around as something to feel sorry for and ignore the fact that the black people being arrested are usually troubled individuals. Instead of looking into fixing broken homes the solution proposed by the left is to instead ask the police to give them the soft touch and “Check our privilege” in some far left religious atonement ritual. Africa is Synonymous with Poverty porn and it has instilled the idea that these people need constant help and donations, Even Africans make fun of this. Rather than things like stability, investment, Infrastructure etc I see so many parallels between that and white middle class activism as the BLM White saviors probably feel as though they are Mother Theresa who are looking to change the minds of racists int their white bread community. No racists found well just harangue about systemic racism or unconscious bias without pointing to actual examples of racist laws, protocols etc, its like how Religious leaders said god lived in the cave but when people go into the cave Religious leaders said god was on the mountain top and when people climbed the mountain to find him Religious leaders said he had moved to the sky and when airplanes flew Religious leaders said he was in space and when astronauts landed on the moon well perhaps Angles fly higher than space.
  13. Passengers could still be an option, Would need to find some way to make it commercially viable, The very large airplanes are cheaper per person but not when they have empty seats. If you had a testing and quarantine area that allowed people to get the all clear and dodge the 2 week self isolation/quarantine and speedy deportation for anybody infected. basically a hospital/hotel that could house 2 planes full of people for this testing. people would be willing to pay extra if it meant they could use a larger portion of their holiday due to the testing being done.
  14. Doesn't BLM and Police Defunding/Abolition go hand in hand?
  15. It laterally means White left and is of Chinese origin like Ketchup, Just like the word so i use it. Im not Alt right nor have i claimed to be that seems to be a meaningless attack word but there are 2 schools of thought that could be described as "Alt right" in my view politics and cults are of personal interest i recommend reading up on Aum Shinrikyo not its beliefs but how it had infiltrated government and police. You are using stereotypes, While the movement you associate with seems to believes that many of the woes Blacks faces are down to stereotypes and the competent/intelligent Blacks are held back as a result. Are you not committed to abolishing all stereotypes and changing your thinking or just what specific stereotypes are viewed as harmful?, as stereotypes have been part of the human experience for as long as we have been around. I see examples such as in the aforementioned article of people who judge the actions of their In group and out group differently. Now that guy who was held at gunpoint says he regrets reporting them to the police and will now stop pursuing it because the perpetrators were his out group. What if he had been held at gunpoint by somebody with the same skin tone? i believe he would have a different attitude? Politics is downstream from culture and whats going to happen when a society begins pushing for the kind of politics that means less or no punishment for one group and regular for another group? Is the group that gets the short end of the stick going to be attracted to "Conservatism" or Revenge politics, when the tables turn again?
  16. We have been there many times and will be there again and back again, Moral panic and both founded and unfounded suspicion of subversion. Just need to look at previous decades "If Marilyn Manson can walk into our town, promote hate, violence, suicide, death, drug use and Columbine-like behaviour, I can say, 'Not without a fight." - Jason Janz And in recent years the so called Antifascist left has gone after the same type of thing Take that quote "Walk into our town, promote hate, violence, suicide, death, drug use and Columbine-like behavior" "Walk into our town, promote hate, violence, suicide, death, Racism and Charlottesville-like behavior” We even see the so called "Antifascist left going after the same things the Christian right did in the past Rock and roll devil music is now Rock and roll racism music https://www.reddit.com/r/BlackMetal/comments/7xw72e/antifa_needs_to_be_stopped_from_cancelling_bm/
  17. People complain about lobbyists and pressure groups but there is some value to petitioning the authorities. Perhaps the debate about what flag should or should not be flown could instead be spun off to be used as an experiment in direct democracy. We elect politicians to represent the constituencies we inhabit and they on our behalf vote on dozens of issues, that's why their political stance matters so much to us. Perhaps the town hall could have some system where registered voters can select what flag or combinations thereof should be displayed. if the system is developed and tested for this application it could be expanded to other things. Might go the way of Boaty McBoatface and Dub the Dew but seems like an interesting social experiment
  18. Interesting article that gives incite into the Baizuo mindset. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/24/us/minneapolis-george-floyd-police.html These aren't isolated incidents it does appear that for some races the individual is not responsible for their own actions but some races are according to the Baizuo mindset. interesting.
  19. it depends what you mean, i have made a lot off sarcastic posts but for example i don't literally believe that trees are racist etc As for BLM being pro establishment, Find me a dissenting voice within mainstream politics besides the odd third party candidate even Trump is saying "George Floyd is smiling from haven" about some new reform proposition he had Could you be more specific?
  20. I support the principles of BLM, so presumably I'm part of 'they'. You may think I engage in Craptavism (whatever that is), but what do you mean by "protesting potential government overreach due to the lockdown poses the risk of a reformist movement actually forming as a result."? Are you interested in discussion, or is it just a case of throwing some theories and vague sentences around and expecting folk to try to decipher what you mean? Im saying that the movement against the lock-down actually challenges the agenda of the establishment, Whereas as the BLM solidarity movement is empty platitudes Craptavism Crap -> Activism When the lockdown lifts will these middle class white BLM solidarity demonstrators go to the poorer parts of the UK where most of these "Black lives" actually live and invest in things that would actually alleviate poverty? NO Nobody wants to live in a ghetto and more and more parts of the UK are turning into them there are things that can be done to both open doors for these people to get away from poverty and also make ghettos less insufferable places to live, But that means people of all races are affected by these issues which is less marketable. Is picketing your “Solidarity” with BLM going to make any difference? is anything of tangible value going to be produced or is it juts feel good politics?
  21. that the "Agenda" is leading to ridicoulous things such as this beign viewed as offensive Sources, 2 "Alt-Right" websites https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45650462 https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/school-pupil-two-genders-teacher-argument-video-scotland-lgbt-a8967236.html It would seem that dissenting views are not tolerated therefore when a more questionable issue is raised nobody will be able to challenge it. If we are not allowed to challenge it what happens when the rhetoric gets more crazy?
  22. Some people have the governments de facto permission and others don't. it depends if the protests are of strategic benefit to the establishment. https://twitter.com/...149988981125123 BLM doesn't do anything to challenge the establishment besides blowing off steam and feel good Craptavisim, But protesting potential government overreach due to the lockdown poses the risk of a reformist movement actually forming as a result. and they cant have that Golf leads to racist trees
  23. 2 genders = noninclusive blasphamy
  24. Need to find some way to funnel the retirees who come to to islands escape the city into the areas with fewer jobs to keep them from competing for housing against those who are still working and trying to make ends meet, Plenty of amenities but you need to find a way to attract. Should try and get some retirement properties built in places where the local businesses are in danger of having too few customers. they could be made to order in some scenarios depending on what design is used. Plenty of Amenities in Brae but here is the thing, it takes time to get there from the first ports of call and most tourists are going to be around for a week or 2 in any destination really, and ask how many people in the UK have even heard of it among those who can maybe name 1 or 2 places in Shetland. Retirees are White Flighting out of thousands of cities and that's only going to accelerate after lifting of the lockdown. When house prices balloon up again they are going to start selling their house in the city for half a million and start making offers again. this happens allover the uk and is a disaster for those from "desirable" areas looking to move out of their parents house, get a larger house for kids, incoming workers and businesses who can now only get workers who live further and further away reducing talent-pool getting a mortgage is hard enough but they cant compete with cash. Another thing to consider is better transport from the ferry terminal straight over and advertising thereof, Why would/should toursists spend time in the North Mainland rather than the South and Lerwick because thats the idea you need to pitch
  25. Its a bit of a nebulous group but for the sake of giving it a consistent definition For clarity lets define the "LGBT agenda" as: Goals of the movement besides those that pertain strictly to legality and acceptance of groups mentioned in said acronym. and LGBT Rights as mere acceptance of those groups right to peaceably do onto each other whatever they mutually consent to. For the purposes of making a distinction
