I live in Cullivoe and have been looking forward to faster Broadband for two years. Well the magic day arrives and there is no speed improvement. On the next day, Friday 16th July I ring my ISP and actually speak to someone in Sheffield, Yorkshire. Very friendly guy and after explaining the situation to him he informed me that I have to change my package even though I am on Option 1 which is for up to 8 Meg. He told me I had to upgrade to the package which would give me a speed of up to 6.5 Meg and sign in to a 12 month contract and would cost me £1 less a month!! I was confused but agreed to the deal which he said would take about 24 hours to get the upgrade. Of course nothing happened in that time so had to ring back, which took nearly an hour and this time it was India and was told that yes, my package had been upgraded but would take two working days to activate, which would take me through to Tuesday 20th July, so watch this space!!
