A woman has been rescued after throwing herself into the freezing North Sea off the Shetland coast, coastguards said. The woman, who has not been identified, ran out of a health centre and jumped into the water. Two members of staff from the Bixter health centre plunged into the sea after the woman and dragged her to safety before the coastguards arrived.
