In fact, ever since I posted a Seeqpod link in the 'What are you listening to?' thread. A quick Google search reveals that they are now bankrupt due to lawsuits from EMI and Warner Music Group but "a large media company" that is "a competitor to Apple" could be buying them out. RIP Seeqpod. Not only is this possibly the death of Seeqpod it could be the death of several music search engines that relied on it (Such as cr3ation b3ta).
