Jack, I may be wrong, but I think openreach will only accept responsibility for faults up to the master socket. All the rest is the responsibility of the home owner. If the fault is to do with wiring after the master socket, you could find they will bill you for their time.1 point -

Am I the only person who couldn't give a toss what happens in Lancs? If it's a waste of time or whatever me saying how much it costs in a London borough, then surely it's a waste of time saying how things are done in Lancs?1 point
