  2. Sure, I think I can simplify (expand?) that for you What this means is that the shops themselves do not benefit financially from those cars merely using the street as a cut through. While at the same time they can be a nuisance to pedestrians.
  3. There is no commercial benefit to cars owned by the general public to drive down the street. It would be far easier just to make it a pedestrian zone through the summer months. I say this because it "looks" like a pedestrian zone, and I think this catches tourists by surprise when they find a car drives up behind them as they're meandering along.
  4. While busking yesterday on Commercial street. I left my iphone on the seat. Some kind soul handed this into Harry's department store who passed this back to me.
