Xmas 1995 = lots & lots of snow

Madrid Cup was usually 2 groups of 4. Teams played each other home & away meaning each had 6 group matches. The top 2 in each group went to the semis then final. I'm no mathematician but the winners had to play 8 matches to win it. This is a step forward. The Madrid Cup is usually the first cup of the season which meant things always got stale playing the same teams for the first 5 or 6 weeks.

I cant see the service changing much at all. The boats will continue to use Aberdeen meaning there's nothing Northlink (or anybody else for that matter) can do when the Aberdeen harbour is closed due to SE gales & strong tides. The same boats will be used so anybody who complained about the lack of cabins will continue to complain. In all probability, it will be the same Captains on the boats. Its them that decides if the boat is sailing in bad conditions so that will continue to be a prob for many. Financially we will continue to pay high fares due to where we live. As GR says, de-nationalise. 5 companies are said to be interested in the route which to me is a fairly competitive tendering process

There's no Town Service bus that goes around Scalloway. There's no bus stop at our health service door to the street so for the elderly who don't have a blue badge or a parent with a young child, this is quite a walk in adverse weather conditions

Why not have an outdoor gig at Holmsgarth? Stage could face the south instead. I know it'd be March & prob snow but the weather on Friday for Levellers & Saturday for Bjorn Again wasn't the best & this is meant to be the summer!!!
