I heard a cuckoo in Scalloway this afternoon (Craigpark Road) and two weeks ago, heard one in Sullom.

Thanks for the ideas. Zumba looks fun - had a look on u-tube, as I'd never heard of it. Think I'll follow that up. And if I can't keep up the pace - it'll be me on my own round the kitchen with earth, wind and fire on full volume

I would like to get fitter by dancing. Can anyone recommend a good class/group?
