stilldellin
Had a look along Burravoe Hall today, interesting that the proposed turbines are 6MW as opposed to the 3.6MW planned VE ones meaning that similar turbines could reduce the VE project to 76 turbines. How long before we hear of VE re submitting their plans ?Anybody with thoughts from the meeting ?http://beawfieldwindfarm.com/

stilldellin
^^^ Only the flying pigs missing from the photos....!If Scatsa airport is a problem for VE then surely it also has to be a major problem for Beawfield. The VE turbines are midgets alongside these ones.
stilldellin
Maybe now that the original planned turbines for the VE site are obsolete VE will try to upgrade to what was intended for Beawfield as could cut the number down to 70. http://www.repower.de/wind-power-solutions/wind-turbines/6m/
