Does anyone know if anyone In shetland can unblock drains or even stick a camera down there to see why they keep blocking. I live in a 2 year old house and the bloody drain at the back of the house blocks about twice a month. Do you know who sells drain rods? (***Mod Edit - Moved to Consumer Advice & Resources***)

I have a dog and I understand that he poos alot!!! I also have neighbours who have two dogs who poo on my front grass all the time! I cannot and do not blame the dogs as their own garden is chock-a-block with poo so they coming looking for a clean spot to do their business!!! I wouldn't mind if the owners picked up after them but they do not. All they do is open their front door and let the dogs roam free. I am at the end of my tether and do not know what to do. I don't want to fall out with my neighbours so could really do with some ideas!!!
