paulb
no room, that seems odd. there are only a few dozen or hundreds of wackos out there, dont treat the majority with these people. There was no classing all catholics or others as a threat to the state when the IRA and the others were blowing up our towns. so the only diffrence is there ethnic/ colour. That tells us a lot about those who deem the mjority of muslims as killers. Those that do hold this view are playing into the hands of those wackos that they hate. why do you think they hit india so often; they would love a nice little war with them. Salmon
Islam has made the world its battleground and mankind its enemy. “The prophet, prayer and peace be upon him, said: The time [of judgment] will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews and kill them; until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him!†Sahih Muslim book 41, no. 6985 Hamas Charter which says: “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it†Ahmadinejad “The accomplishment of a world without America and Israel is both possible and feasible.†Hezbollah and its leader Hassan Nasrallah“The Jews are a cancer which is liable to spread again at any moment.â€â€œThere is no solution to the conflict except with the disappearance of Israel.â€â€œIf they all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide.†To a Muslim the Ummah the uniting brotherhood of all Muslims gives them a single cause, a cause that teaches that you the infidel are no part of their world. They are one the common brotherhood and you are one the common enemy! You are an Infidel, you are an enemy of Islam you have no choice in the matter. Remember Beslan. MJ
Oh Belsan is hitting below the belt. The Caucasuses are a rule entirely to themselves, since ancient Greek times (ie long before Islam). Not all Muslims are Asian (which reminds me which ever bigot's son was doing the dreadful pakki impressions at my daughter weekend before last please educate your child how to recognise where someone's from, the first thought that sprang to mind was that he'd got the wrong continent)Amazingly enough one of the reasons that Islam is growing so rapidly in this country is that all you white folks are leaving the Christian faith and joining Islam. JAStewart
Our Country has been Liberal and tolerant for decades towards other religions But Christianity is just as laughable/wrong as all the other ones. It is in no way better than Islam in its extremes. The very fact that we tolerate religions so well is a reason why religious wars are on the DL. MJ
Sorry on a more serious note, and I hate to put in writing because it's such a cliche but have you not thought how much your views are linked to the views held on Jews in this country and across Europe in the 1930's or the communists in the 1950's.I know we get taught in school about how a populace is more easy to govern if it's afraid. But you never really believe it till you see it.

My point..... man has spread his beliefs for his own gain. Jesus preached love and understanding. Mohammed preach hate and retribution. Jesus's new testament is argued to be much better than the horror of the old testament, but 55 times in the new testament, Jesus refers back to the Old Testament (Scripture) and how its laws should still be followed. So: Hate, racism, bigotry, sexism, genocide, infanticide etc. Dawkins covered this well The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully." You can't remember BESLAN ?Well Yes, it's a small town in the Caucasuses, it was the same time my daughter started school, I do remember. I also remember worrying if a young lass I met from the area through the EYP was involved. I still worry for anyone I know who lives in a war zone. Evil Inky
Apply to build a Christian Church in Pakistan....no chance.Actually, there's a St Patrick's Cathedral in Karachi, a Sacred Heart Cathedral in Lahore, and other cathedrals and churches across the country, as there are around 2 million Christians in Pakistan. But don't let the facts get in the way of a good rant, eh ?
