No webcams for protest

I had a Z650 with fuel injection for a while.

Sturdy bikes the Z range, tho I had a go on a 1300 and it did worry me a wee bit.

Another sturdy bike I rode was a 400 4, then a CD175 and finaly a GT380

None had web cams but one went to a protest about government trying to blanket limit exhaust noise from bikes.

Any idea what time this protest will be on?

Well thanks for the response. Shame you are all going to be disappointed. I ride a 1984 Kawasaki. Not the prettiest of bikes, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. :D

Ah, I remember when the first 'Kwakers' hit this sceptered isle. Sitting astride our beefy Triumphs, Beezas and Nortons we laughed heartily as the little aluminium sewing machine pulled along side. Then, bent over our handlebars with the throttle wound hard against the stop, we ground our teeth as it left us in its dust.

At the moment I ride a Gpz 900R, a bit heavy but does the job and I have a Yamaha DT125LC for a bit of fun. Looks like the latter is more suitable for your weather at the moment.

I didn't see many bikes around last time I was in your neck of the woods but weather could have been a major factor then too.

You are kidding, aren't you?

The biker community in Shetland is huge and legendary - you're sure it was Shetland you were in and not the Faroes?

Did you go out socialising much when you were here, you're usually never more than 6 foot from a local biker in Shetland.

When were you here last?

Well I will be watching you at the Market Cross and hope your collective voice is heard by the powers that be.

We were last in Shetland in November for a couple of weeks, continuous wind and rain, apart from one afternoon at Eshaness and that was calm and sunny, quite eerie considering it's unprotected position. It was so windy the dog (albeit a small one) almost blew away. I wouldn't be on a bike through choice in that weather.
