the last time I was there there was a no trespass sign, or similar.

The "trespass" law in Scotland only applies if you cause or intend to cause damage to the owners land or property, otherwise you're free to roam wherever you like.

No – there is no law of trespass in Scotland.

There is the right of responsible access to the countryside in Scotland but you would have no right of access to an industrial site like Burradale Wind Farm for health and safety and insurance reasons – just like any other industrial site..
