^ Nothing new then. But thanks for keeping us informed with your research.

Hi Clarence.

Gotta love them McChimps.

On behalf of the entire Policia Judiciaria, may I take this opportunity to deeply and most sincerely apologise to the esteemed peoples of the United Kingdom for ever daring to give consideration to the possibility that Saint Gerry and Kate McCann, Patron Saints of Rothley, could ever have been responsible for the disappearance of their daughter, Madeleine.

We now realise our own despicable ineptitude, inabilities and incompetence in failing to resolve this case, for which we feel intense shame.

It should have been obvious to even the most imbecilic of police forces that, upon arrival at the Mark warner holiday complex and having the parents explain how the shutters to their apartment had been forced and smashed open, their doors unlocked, their versions of events and statements wildly differing, that Madeleine was clearly abducted.

The fact that their entire party of friends and colleagues had marched, charged and ventured all over the apartment, destroying any possible evidence of what took place there is irrelevant and is a damning indictment on our useless forensics department.

It is now abundantly clear to us that we should have immediately released a description of the prime suspect, as described in perfect detail, by Jane Tanner, instead of waiting for the Right Honourable Gordon Brown to insist that we do so 3 weeks after the event and after our useless scene of crime officers had dismissed it as being entirely fictitious on the grounds that not only did two other witnesses NOT see the abductor, but they didn’t see Jane Tanner either.

As for those English Cadaver dogs that apparently scented ‘Death’on the garments and accessories of Mrs. McCann, we can only reiterate that it is easy for such matters to become confused during the translation process. We now fully understand that ‘Eau du Corpse’ is, in fact, a latest designer perfume from France, specifically designed for wear by professional women who come into contact with an inordinately high number of cadavers during the course of a typical working week.

And those DNA test results from your Birmingham FSS Forensic services? We now fully accept that although they represent a partial match to Madeleine, stated as 88% from one source, to a 100% ‘non transferable’ match as quoted on SKY, FOX and CBS news, they are equally likely to have been derived from a partially decaying packet of Walls Pork sausages.

As for all those other allegations, ‘leaks’ inaccuracies and ‘unhelpful speculation’ that has appeared in our press since May, apportioning blame on to the McCanns, I can assure you that they have collectively hung their heads in shame and are working tirelessly to match those standards set by those Holy Grails of informative Press, the ‘SUN’, ‘DAILY MAIL’, ‘DAILY EXPRESS’ and the ‘MIRROR‘.

It remains for me only to say that we will gladly donate the entirety of our pension funds, as issued on our imminent dismissal from the force for our incompetence, to the ‘Madeleine McCann Fund’ so that Mr and Mrs McCann can continue their tireless search for their daughter and for the truth, and to travel in order to bring compassion, understanding and education about the dangers of evil Predators to the world.

Either that or to pay for their Mortgage and future Holidays for the next12 years.

We shall also insist on a Nationwide collection towards the fund from the citizens of Portugal. Including those who took a week off work to scurry around on their hands on knees to search through the dirt with their bare hands for clues. These ‘Bumpkins’ must also suffer the consequences of their countries failings.

We can only hope that our replacements will take up the gauntlet of Justice and pursue this case, sifting through the miriad of Sex offenders that dwell on every street corner and home in Portuga in order to establish the real culprit and ensure that he faces Justice. Either that or enlist him into the PJ alongside all the other paedophiles and woman beaters.

I, myself, am now off to apply to join Metodo 3, where their respective efforts have done more to unearth the real truth of this mystery than any other efforts here in Portugal.

Yours,

Senor S. Muncher

Keela could be described as ‘top dog’ in her field of expertise. The trained Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) dog has skills like no other and it has left forces worldwide hankering after an insight into her special training.

http://www.southyorks.police.uk/kidzone/dogdiary/thisweek.php

These two Spaniels are highly trained to pick up the scent of a cadaver or the scent of blood and they have a very good track record of proven worldwide success.

The McCann camp wasted no time (naturally) in trying to discredit them both, and so I think that Keela and Eddie should jointly sue the McCann's for at least a million pounds in bone money at the very least (plus costs) for defamation of character.

^ I have read the link in your post and noticed this,

Keela followed a programme training her to ignore decomposing body materials other than human blood.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, because you have obviously looked into this in great depth, but was it not alleged at some time that it was not blood, but decomposing body material that the dogs had sniffed in the boot of the rented car ?

moorit, meet Eddie.

Keela is one of Britain's top police dogs - earning more than her Chief Constable in South Yorkshire - and is trained to sniff out the smallest samples of human blood.

Eddie is a 'victim recovery dog' which can detect blood and human remains.

The dogs, which have worked in Britain, Ireland and the U.S., earn £500 a day each and are insured for £4.5 million.

They lead a very different life to the police dogs in Portugal. Eddie and Keela are fed on salmon while their Algarve counterparts get only 'dry mix' and left to pant in the sun.

it would be a gross mistake from the laboratory to mistake the DNA from the other children. It is again virtually impossible, as we are dealing with one of the world’s more prestigious labs.

Madeleine the movie: McCanns in talks over missing daughter's story

The McCanns are set to turn the story of their daughter into a film.

Kate and Gerry are in negotiations with the world's largest talent and entertainment agency, IMG, in a deal which could be worth millions.

The money would help fund the search for Madeleine amid fears that the £1.2 million raised from public donations will soon run out.

A source close to the McCanns said: "We would only get involved with something done sensitively and considerately."

The film project will be discussed at a meeting of the fund's directors, including Gerry, tomorrow night at the McCanns' home in Rothley, Leicestershire.

The source closed to the McCanns warned that the couple will only be able to begin negotiations in earnest provided their status as official suspects - or arguidos - is lifted by Portuguese police.

I'm so glad that they will only get involved "with something done sensitively and considerately"

I am equally sure that the Police will instantly lift their arguidos status to enable them to make even more money from their missing daughter.

Film, documentary or good way to hide some bad news?

The announcement on 08 January 2007 that the McCanns planned to sanction a film based on Madeleine's disappearance caused instant uproar and revulsion.

Such was the backlash that Gerry was forced to write a rare blog in a vain attempt to try and reverse the tide of public opinion. He now insisted that they were not considering a film but a documentary, along the lines of those already produced by the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky News. However, first reports of the project clearly indicate that it was a film or TV drama that was planned.

GMTV (Which some have now re-christened Gerry McCann TV) stated in its report on 08 January 2007 that the project had initially been discussed in mid-December. At that meeting, comprising Clarence Mitchell, a representative of Kate and an unidentified person from the film agency IMG, they apparently discussed the possibility of a film or TV drama based around Madeleine's disappearance.

We need to clarify here that IMG is the world's largest entertainment agency. It is not the world's largest documentary agency. They are in the business of producing entertainment and if the McCanns wanted a boots and braces documentary, as they now insist, then surely IMG was not the right agency for them and the project should have been dismissed out of hand.

So, we can conclude that any 'movie' from IMG, no doubt sensitively handled, would be an entertainment vehicle - not an attempt to produce a serious and factually accurate review of Madeleine's disappearance.

By 09 January 2007, Team McCann, and their staunch allies in the media, were now steadfastly referring to the project as a 'documentary'. The belief being, obviously, that people will accept a serious documentary but not a lights-down, popcorn munching piece of entertainment.

But was this all a smokescreen? Clarence Mitchell, from his days in the media, would know all about burying bad news. So, was there any bad news that needed to be buried at this time? After all, we must question why the story broke on that particular day.

In actual fact, it wouldn't be the first time that Clarence Mitchell had buried some bad news for the McCanns.

In the immediate aftermath of the infamous Spanish interview, where Kate allegedly showed 'real emotion', and the following day when the artist's impression of the 'abductor' was released, a little piece of news went unreported in the English press. But it was very significant.

The McCanns, through Mr Mitchell, admitted that the shutter to the window of their holiday apartment had not been forced. Here was an extremely significant piece of news, going contrary to the sensational stories the McCanns spread themselves through friends and relatives at the time, that got buried under the furore over whether Kate shed tears or not.

"There was no evidence of a break-in," said Mr Mitchell to RTE's Prime Time and reported in the Irish Independent on 25 October 2007.

So, what can we see buried beneath this 'movie' story? Two very crucial things that are very bad news for the McCanns.

Firstly, reports had allegedly confirmed that blood samples recovered from the McCanns' apartment in PDL, and their Renault Scenic hire car, were definitely from Madeleine and secondly, that Esther McVey, and other members of the board of Madeleine's Fund, had resigned.

On Esther McVey's resignation, Clarence Mitchell later provided a statement claiming that the split was amicable and that Ms McVey needed time to concentrate on other projects. Unfortunately, and perhaps a little surprisingly - given the high profile of the case, Esther McVey has, so far, failed to issue any statement.

There has been no further confirmation, or denial, of further board members resigning. Why? Because everyone is talking about the film. Which, let us remember, could only be made if Kate and Gerry were to be released from their arguido status.

The Policia Judiciaria have given no indication that they intend to follow that course of action, so we can comfortably assume that this film will never see the light of day.

At least, not in the form the McCanns desire.

New claims on blood in McCann's hire car

BLOOD traces found in the hire car used by Kate and Gerry McCann were from their missing daughter Madeleine, according to a Portuguese newspaper.

Correio da Manha, claims tests carried out by a British laboratory provide conclusive proof the blood belongs to the four-year-old.

The newspaper also claims Portuguese police believe the results support the theory that Madeleine was moved after she died.

Editorial Intelligence and Madeleine McCann: Where truth lies - A cash for comments scandal

A number of weeks ago BBC News 24 announced that the 'Head of Media Monitoring and Analysis' was to review that day's papers. Her name was Julia Hobsbawm.

Now we know that the 'Head of Media Monitoring and Analysis' at that time was Clarence Mitchell - but the BBC misled the British Public by suggesting a government official was to review that day's papers.

Naturally Julia Hobsbawm embarked on a not so loquacious rant saying that the very idea of the McCanns being involved in Madeleine’s disappearance was plainly ridiculous. "It is time this country asked questions of the Portuguese police and Portugal itself, else we won’t go on there on holiday any more", she said.

But Julia Hobsbawm is not a government official. Julia Hobsbawm is an independent PR consultant with deep New Labour Links.

She was also a partner in Hobsbawm Macaulay Communications with Sarah Macaulay, now known as Sarah Brown, the wife of British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.

Why should this make for a conflict of interests? It is already understood that Gordon has taken a personal interest in this case, and although rumours abound that ‘Gordon knew Gerry’ prior to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, we do know for certain that Gordon Brown personally ordered Gerry to ‘scale down his media campaign’ shortly before the couple were made 'aguidos'. Gordon naturally sees the credibility and reputation of his office inextricably bound with the public profile of the McCanns; and indeed, there may even exist a discrete synergy between their respective media profiles.

But let’s get back to Julia Hobsbawm because this is where it gets interesting...............
