We're still waiting on Roddy to confirm the gig in the North Star on Friday 23rd June.

If he plays he will join the Hazey Janes & The Family Mahone (Feat. Mark Radcliffe) on the bill.

The Hazey Janes are enjoying a fair bit of airplay on SIBC at the moment with there new single Always There. Their Debut album Hotel Radio is highly recommended, it's a blend of early REM, Teenage Fanclub and the Byrds (plenty of jangly guitars and tight harmonies).

That will be a great gig, The HJ's are excellent - atho I missed them last time they passed through Abdn.

Roddy has a new solo album coming out in July and Ill be sure to get to his Lemon Tree gig. www.drownedinsound.com/content/view/862799

See this has all been changed around

The seminars are different according to the Times but the gig is the same.

Roddy/Idlewild are on early. It should be fantastic with John McCusker. Probably the only time they will be playing with this lineup.

They are on very early so get there quicksmart....
