I understand that carbon dioxide in our breath is a signal for them that a meal is nearby, so maybe some people should learn to keep their mouths shut a bit more That said, if like me you have brushed against a bush that they are sitting on and you get enveloped in a cloud of tiny diners, there is nowt that will protect you. I have in da past tried most sprays we nae luck as I get eaten alive by da peerie buggers! I tried skin so soft and dey never touched me. I watched dem hovering above my bare arms but dey never landed. Did get bitten though on da back o my neck where I'd forgotten to spray!
